A 32-car field of Jr. Dragsters will be included in this year’s Laris Motorsports Insurance Cajun NHRA SPORTSnationals, slated for March 12-16 at No Problem Raceway in Belle Rose, La.
In announcing the addition of Jr. Dragsters on Facebook, Division 4 Director Jonathan Johnson wrote, “As a proud Jr. Dragster graduate, I know how valuable these opportunities are for young racers.”
The field will be limited to 32 cars with a $75 entry fee. The winner will receive $500 with $150 going to the runner-up. The full event schedule will be released soon, but the plan is for time trial runs on Friday after Alcohol cars, and eliminations on Saturday.
