Olivia Torchia (age 6-9), Michael Antonette (10-12), and Ryan Schmidt (13-17) outlasted the fields in their respective age groups to earn Wallys at the Division 1 NHRA Lucas Oil Drag Racing Series event at Maple Grove Raceway.

Torchia, near lane, got the automatic nod in the 6-9 age-group final when Nicholas Antonette red-ligthed. Torchia celebrated with a 12.162 (12.00 dial) victory pass.

A foul start also determined the outcome in the 10-12 class title round. This time, Larissa Oles, far lane, left early, turning on the win light in the lane of Michael Antonette, who posetd an 8.980 (8.90).

The red-light trend continued in the 13-17 bracket final when Daniel Spotts, far lane, fouled out by .004-second. Schmidt left clean and green, then posted a 7.976 (8.03).
