Kole Paone (age 6-9), James Stack Jr. (10-12), and Madeline Torchia (13-17) outlasted the fields in their respective age groups to score Wallys during the Division 1 NHRA Lucas Oil Drag Racing Series event at Cecil County Dragway in Rising Sun, Md.

After coming up short in the final at the previous LODRS event in Virginia, Paone, near lane, was able to go the distance this time, defeating Eli Stack in the 6-9 final. Paone was first off the starting line and never looked back, winning on a 12.093 (12.05 dial) to 12.110 (11.99) count.

Stack, far lane, picked up the 10-12 age-group Wally when he bested Madison Schonberger in the title round, 9.033 (9.02) to 8.896 (8.90).

Torchia, near lane, got the reaction-time edge in the 13-17 final and never looked back defeating Tyler DePascale, 7.973 (7.94) to 7.890 (7.90).
