Complete standings

A winner-take-all final round to determine the 2018 Jr. Comp champion was the highlight of the Division 7 Jr. Championship Series season finale. That final pitted good friends Nolan Oliveira and Cole Rouse against one another, and when the dust settled, Oliveira came out on top, winning the race and the championship. The win capped a strong day for Oliveira, which also included him taking home the 15-17 age group Wally. Oliveira's double up came on day two of a doubleheader weekend at Barona 1/8-Mile Drag Strip. Joining Oliveira in the winner's circle on Sunday were Chase Sullivan (age 6-9), Dylan Hegwood (10-12), and Jack Gates (13-14).

Winners during Saturday's race were Aiden Ramos (6-9), Kayslee Price (10-12), Taylor Lee Taylor (13-14), Haley Morris (15-17), and Ethan Gates (Jr. Comp).

The Barona events were races nine and 10 in the 10-race Jr. Championship Series. In addition to Oliveira, Jacob Hodges (6-9), Dylan Hegwood (10-12), Braiden Chesleigh (13-14), and Derrick Hegwood (15-17) won the 2018 Division 7 championships.
