Nine racers, Team ANRA earn Wallys at Division 7 Jr. Finals

Nine different racers and one team took home Wallys during the Pacific Division's Jr. Finals event at The Strip at Las Vegas Motor Speedway. Jake Hodges (age 6-9), Jessica Boardman (10-12), Troy Jackson (13-14), and Cade Poe (15-17) were Wally winners on Saturday after they outlasted the fields in their respective classes to win the Race of Champions titles. Reese Poe (6-9), Trent Flores (10-12), Leigha Miller (13-14), Kaitlyn Savolt (15-17), and Nolan Oliveira (Jr. Comp) won the Jr. Finals portion of the event on Sunday.

Auto Club Famoso Raceway (Team ANRA) dominated the team competition with two of its teams finishing atop the order. ANRA Team 1 won the team title, tallying 21 points. ANRA Team 2 came in second at 15 points, followed by Auto Club Dragway at Auto Club Speedway (14), The Strip at Las Vegas Motor Speedway Team 2 (13), and ANRA Team 3 and Rocky Mountain Raceways (tied, 11).

In addiition to the Race of Champions on Saturday, Las Vegas also hosted a fun race. Winners in that were Boden Cook (6-9), Ryan Mason (10-12), Cody Garceau (13-14), Derrick Hegwood (15-17), and Leigha Miller (Jr. Comp).
